Class Terms & Conditions

Sew It Classes - Requirements, Terms and Conditions

- Your seat is not reserved until your payment is received in full.

- Full payment is to be made at least one week prior to any class. Sew It reserves the right to refuse admission to the classroom if fees are not paid in full. 

- If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for a refund. If you provide less than 48 hours' notice due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule.

- If Sew It cancels a class due to low participation (with at least 48 hours' notice) or unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

- Please arrive early to your class to allow time for setup and be ready to begin at the scheduled time.

- There may be times when you are unable to attend one or more sessions within a class period (eg: Beginner’s Quilting Class). In this circumstance, we will work with you to determine a suitable alternative to the missed sessions.

- Your machine must be in good working order when coming to class. If, during the class, your machine is not working correctly (i.e. it needs a service), we do not take responsibility for any refund or automatic transfer to another class.
