If I have a problem with my sewing machine do I have to return it to your Christchurch store?
No, we have a nationwide network of service agents and will arrange for your machine to be booked in at the closest or most convenient service agent. The service agent locations do vary between brands. If you are in a rural area we can pay for one way courier cost to get your machine to the nearest service agent for a warranty repair.

Is shipping Free?
