This pattern punch and pattern notcher is a great quality all in 1 tool. After using it at Sew It we would highly recommend this tool. I personally purchased a plastic pattern punch for around $100 about 7 years ago and was disappointed with the quality. This pattern punch is far superior to the $100 model plus you get a notcher included.
Pattern notchers and pattern punches are a must have at fashion school or for pattern making from home. You won't be disappointed with the quality of this tool.
